Glen Oaks Swimming and Tennis Club is a private, member owned swim and tennis club, founded in 1956 on 3 1/2 acres in a quiet neighborhood of Carmichael, California.  We are a great place for your family members to enjoy the summer swimming and year-round tennis and pickleball.

Lap swim 2:45-3:45 (M & Th) and weekends 10am-8pm

Swim Team Occupies Lap Pool 4pm - 7pm Mon - Thurs; Fri until 6:15pm
